2021 Booker Wines White Blend Paso Robles

Always robust and Rhône inspi with a name that says it all: Booker White. If you aren’t typically a fan of white wines, this is the bottle that will change your mind. Floral aromas of jasmine, green apple and ginger spice draw you in. The mouthfeel is enveloping without veering into heaviness, softly releasing flavors of pear, honeydew melon, honeysuckle and lemongrass. Wet slate minerality lingers on a sleek finish. A highly textured white that will leave you dreaming of Condrieu. Aged sur lie for 10 months in French oak barrels with frequent lees stirring.

BLEND: 45% Viognier, 36% Roussanne, 13% 6% Marsanne
