A true reflection of place. Grapes selected for our Oakville Fumé Blanc were grown on low fertility, well-drained soils with optimal sun exposure, enabling development of rich, complex flavors and astounding fruit maturity.

Vineyard Information

We selected fruit primarily from two blocks from our To Kalon Vineyard, where well-draining soils result in low yields of deeply concentrated fruit. Fruit from the V-Block makes up the core, with a splash of our old I-Block adding complexity. While the V-Block is younger, it is grafted to budwood from the I-Block. A small amount of Sémillon complements the Sauvignon Blanc’s vibrant fruit and acidity by adding roundness with a creamy texture.
