A notoriously challenging variety, Pinot Noir prefers the foggy, wind-swept slopes of the Carneros region in southernmost Napa Valley. There, the climate helps retain the aromatic complexity and bright acidity of the grapes while advancing flavor development. We selected blocks from the renowned Rancho Carneros Vineyard where the head-trained, dry-farmed vines bring weight, depth, and complexity to the wine.
