2014 Sea Smoke 'Ten' Pinot Noir

THEN:

A brooding and intense wine. The aromas began with notes of cola and black currant, before transitioning to spice notes, dusty blueberry, and a hint of tea leaves. Its firm, mature tannins were followed by a long, exceptionally smooth finish.

NOW:

This vintage has developed very well since its release. Notes of dried, leathered fruit proceed to a syrupy entrance with drying intensity and greater concentration before culminating in a dark Christmas cake finish. Its flavors are raisined and concentrated, very ripe.
